Booking Terms & Conditions

Fees & Payment

All bookings:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on the date of delivery. Invoices will be issued two weeks prior to the delivery date.

Individual course bookings:

Payment is due on the date of training. Invoices will be sent two weeks in advance. Certificates will be issued upon receipt of payment.

Purchase Orders (POs):

If a Purchase Order is required, please provide the PO number at least two weeks before the delivery date. ECP will contact the finance contact to request the PO. If a valid PO is not received before the booking date, certificates for training and XX for services will be withheld until the invoice is paid in full.


Pricing

Prices listed on our website are provided as a guideline only. Final costs will be confirmed during the enquiry process and detailed in the booking confirmation email once the online booking form has been submitted.

Additional cancellation terms

  • Only one date transfer is permitted per client per course. Any further cancellations or changes will be charged in full.

  • For clients with multiple bookings within a 12-month period, only one course date can be transferred under the above terms. Additional cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.

  • If a client transfers their booking and then cancels the new date, the full booking fee will apply.


Cancellations or changes by ECP

In rare cases, ECP may need to alter the course content, trainer, venue, or date.

If ECP cancels a course, a full refund will be offered unless the client chooses to transfer to another available date.

ECP’s total liability is limited to the fee paid by the client and does not include any additional expenses incurred.


Virtual training

  • Bookings for virtual training apply only to the booking organisation/client unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Sharing access links with individuals or organisations outside of the booking party is strictly prohibited.

  • If links are shared without prior agreement, ECP will issue an invoice for additional attendees, payable within two weeks of the training date.


Booking Information

All relevant training details, including venue address, timings, and any required forms (e.g., pupil form for Online Safety Pupil training), must be submitted at least two weeks before the training date.
